Dr. Raffinan’s office is open Monday to Thursday from 8am to 5pm and on Friday from 8am-4pm.  To setup an appointment, please call (212) 537-5039 or login to the patient portal.  If there is an urgent matter or after hours, please go to your nearest Urgent Care.  In case of emergency, dial 911.
